Delivery
We’ve partnered with Royal Mail and DHL Express to ensure your parcels arrive with you safe and sound.
For orders under 2kg in weight you will have the option to select Royal Mail delivery, which is charged at £5.99. For orders of any weight, you will have the option to choose DHL Express delivery, which is charged at £8.99.
UK delivery is free for all orders over £50.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. From the dispatch date, please allow:
- 1-3 working days for DHL Express delivery
- 3-5 working days for Royal Mail delivery
- 3-5 working days for orders that qualify for free delivery
All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Your tracking number will be sent by email once we have dispatched your order, and you will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays to your delivery.

Returns
Unwanted item
If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unwanted item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have to return the item at your own cost within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind.
We’re unable to accept returns for the following items (this does not affect your statutory rights):
- Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them
- Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as plants, flowers or foodstuff
- Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised
- Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
You can let us know that you wish to return an unwanted item by using the 'Get in Touch' form stating your order number. It’s important that you let us know so we can expect your return.

Please return the item in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact). It is your responsibility to ensure that returns arrive safely, and you should get proof of return postage. Please ensure you put your order number and name clearly inside the box with the items you are returning. Write it down on a piece of the wrapping you received your delivery in (recycling win!). This will allow us to easily identify your return.

Please note: we are not able to exchange items bought online, or process returns for online orders via our retail shop in Hyde Park or our pop up shops.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect item
If your item was damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We offer a free return service for damaged items and incorrect orders.
If your item is faulty, you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please contact us using the 'Get in Touch' form stating your order number to arrange a return.
We offer a free return service for faulty items.
Refunds
Refunds for returns include the cost of the outbound delivery. Return postage charges are at your own cost and non-refundable - unless your item is confirmed damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back from you and following inspection of the condition of the product in line with our terms and conditions. We will refund you by the method you used for payment.
