Join us on a mindfulness in nature workshop to disconnect from the day and reconnect with yourself and nature. Join expert guide Mimi, an experienced ecotherapist, as you practice mindfulness in a peaceful pocket of The Regent’s Park.
This workshop is designed to be accessible and for over 16’s only, please consider this before booking a space. Mimi has a wide range of experience working with people with a variety of conditions including chronic pain, chronic fatigue, life changing illness and limited mobility. Carers are welcome to join if you need one to participate in the event – please get in touch to let us know how we can further support you in accessing the sessions.
