How long will my purchase take to arrive?
We print each deckchair to order so it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We will do our best to deliver it earlier and will send you a note once it is despatched
We aim to deliver The Royal Parks of London book within 7 working days of your order.
We aim to deliver your new Tote Bag, item of clothing, Park Stories and Hyde Park: Walk for Tree Lovers Maps within 5 working days from the order date.
How will my purchase be sent?
Deckchairs will be flat-packed and sent by courier on next working day delivery. If you provide a contact number and email address, we will notify you once your order has been despatched, so that you know to expect it the next working day.
The Royal Parks of London book are sent by courier.
Tote Bags are despatched by Royal Mail Special Recorded Signed For delivery.
Clothing, and Hyde Park: Walk for Tree Lovers Maps are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.
What if I’m not in when my purchase is delivered?
If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for your deckchair, tote bag or book, an “attempted delivery” card will be left with details of where the parcel can be picked up.
I live outside of the UK, can you delivery to my address?
Yes, we can delivery to anywhere in the world, but delivery prices and timescales will vary. Please get in touch if you’re not sure.
What if I change my mind about my purchase?
If, after placing your order, you change your mind within 7 days, please contact The Royal Parks by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephoning 0300 061 2290. After 7 days of your order date, we regret we will not be able to offer a refund.
My purchase is damaged, can I get a refund?
If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace them or refund your money, including postage costs.
If there is any problem with your garment on arrival regarding size or condition, we will be happy to exchange it or provide a refund if you inform us within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date and can provide proof of purchase. Replacements will depend on stock available.
