This family friendly tour takes place at dusk, as London's bats are coming out to play. Meet around a campfire and play a fun quiz to separate bat fact from bat fiction.
Explore Hyde Park at night using bat detectors that make the bats' echo-location calls audible to the human ear to search for bat species such as common pipistrelles, soprano pipistrelles and noctules. Bats are not the only creatures out at night - owl calls may add to the evening's atmosphere and perhaps a curious fox will cross our path!
This is a family-focused walk. For more information on our walks aimed at adults, please check our walking tour page.
Note: please indicate in the notes box at the check-out how many adult and children will be attending.
