This six week yoga programme will be made up of physical practice as well as meditation and breath work. Being able to practice yoga in this incredibly beautiful and natural space will allow you to find the calm among the busy city life. We’ve partnered up with Avni Dhanani, a qualified yoga practitioner specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, to bring you a series of fortnightly yoga sessions held at The LookOut, our very own idyllic haven in the heart of Hyde Park.
No previous experience is required, just a willingness to connect with your breath and your body. Participants must bring their own mat.
