Join us on a fascinating walking tour of the Albert Memorial which will take you beyond the railings. Get a closer look at the Frieze of Parnassus and other fine details of the greatest monument of the Victorian era.
Hear about Victoria and Albert’s passionate relationship, Victoria’s response to his death and the story of how the monument came to be built in this very distinctive style.
This tour is aimed at adults. Please note that due to the steep steps up to the Albert Memorial, the second half of the walk is not accessible for people in wheelchairs, with reduced mobility, or with push buggies.
We offer free spaces for those in need. For more information on eligibility and how to book please call or email Chelsea Collison on 0300 061 2255 or ccollison@royalparks.org.uk.
