Greenwich Park is the green jewel of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site. With its rich history dating back to Roman times and the home it provides for wildlife, it is a treasured landscape we must preserve for future generations to experience and enjoy.
With almost five million visitors a year, Greenwich Park’s unique landscape and heritage are under threat. With thanks to a £4.5 million grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, our £10.5 million Greenwich Park Revealed project to restore, protect and enhance this much-loved green space is now underway.
We need your help to raise £100,000 to restore Greenwich Park to its original glory.
Your support will help reveal Greenwich Park’s hidden stories, help wildlife to flourish and revive the iconic features of this most historic of the Royal Parks. The project will also create new opportunities for locals through a new eco-friendly Learning Centre which will offer training, and an events, volunteering and apprenticeships programme as well as improving facilities for visitors. Please donate today and be a part of Greenwich Park’s history.
