Welcome the festive season by learning the traditional winter craft of wreath making and enjoying a delicious early afternoon tea of sandwiches, scones and cake/slices with tea and coffee!
Join us at the Hyde Park Learning Centre (ihttps://goo.gl/maps/JoGhADxAbAXpFZ5w8). Discover the historic origins of some of our favourite festive traditions and folklore about the plants we’ll use. Spend a few relaxing hours as we guide you through the steps to make your own willow base before decorating it with lush greenery collected from within The Royal Parks. Complete your wreath with traditional accessories of your choosing; such as raffia, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks. Everything you need to make your sustainable wreath is provided.
Once you're done, indulge in our delicious early afternoon tea and admire your handiwork!
